Daily Deviation

Given 2006-03-19

Now, i'm not expert on typography. And, because of that, I decided to do a quick Wikipedia search to find out exactly what typography is all about. They say "[t]he principal goal of typography is the arrangement of text (subject matter) in a manner that is both easy to read and visually engaging. Visual interest is achieved through typeface selection, text layout, the color or tone of set matter, and the interplay of text with the page and graphical elements[.]" I would say that G by ~burningheretic plays the part of a typography piece quite well with the placement of the cracks through the letter itself. You could almost get dizzy following them through the piece. Go check it out. (Suggested by =lordceleborn and Featured by `bornghost)

Wow, Jim is this actually handmade ? It must have taken you a lot of time.
What is the technique behing it. Are the G parts burned/tea dried ?
And did you stucked them all together cutted the G and then "raped" the remains before sticking them on the background ?
